Lag Optimization, Fast Forward Button, Balance Changes

The game has now been updated to have a 3x speed fast forward button.

Price decrease for Easy Mode, set starting energy to 6. Increased starting cash for all game mode except Lunatic.

C.A.R.L.A. Right path now deals more damage. Left Path's damage increase has been nerfed.

Entity preload has been optimized to reduce lag spike at the start of each game.
